The Property Team:
- Provides for an administrative office that supports the church staff in carrying out the ministry and mission of the congregation.
- Provides for the maintenance and security of all property of the congregation by developing a coordinated program that addresses the routine maintentance of the church's grounds, facilities, equipment, and related utility systems. This program also examines and addresses long-term needs, which the team updates annually with appropriate notice given to the Congregation Council on anticipated expenditures beyond the annual budget.
- Oversees the acquisition, maintenance, and use of all furnishings and equipment which belong to the congregation.
