Responding to the love of God in Christ Jesus opens us to a life-long journey of growth and discovery.

That discovery takes many forms: Bible studies, reading and conversation, the practice of spiritual disciplines

like prayer, a commitment to loving others, and reflection (both personal and shared) on the meaning

and impact or our service to others for Jesus' sake.

All Christian formation seeks to answer the question "Why?" Why do we love and serve and give?

The short answer is that we love because God first loved us.

Christ is raised from the dead, and the whole world is made new.

We invite you to discover how that answer plays out in your life.

Infants and Toddlers

The Holy Trinity Nursery (open all Sunday morning and at many other services) is not simply a place to park a squalling child. It is a loving, welcoming space where our youngest disciples begin to learn how much God and this community care for them.

Seventh through twelfth graders are at an important stage in their faith development. Sometimes that is best fed by classroom-style learning. But it also needs fun, a safe environment for asking hard questions, and opportunities for getting our hands dirty. Youth at Holy Trinity do all those things.

From pre-school through 6th grade, children participate in a variety of learning and serving experiences that encourage them to realize God's love in their lives. They also get to learn how they are called to share that love with others.

Many topics. Multiple choices: Sunday morning's Adult Forum, Men's Bible Study, Women's Bible Study, mid-week studies on Wednesday and Thursday. Growing in faith does not end at high school graduation. Check out our current class offerings here.

Holy Trinity is a downtown congregation with the mission and vision to change lives.  One of Akron's oldest congregations, we have a proud heritage of community service and involvement.
